Anita Bohensky, Ph.D, Distinguished Diplomate NAMA, Whole Child & Adolescent Center

Dear Midwest Chapter of NAMA Members,

I am sharing with you the sad news that Anita — Dr. Rich Pfeiffer’s wife — passed away about 3 days ago.
She had been struggling with cancer for over a decade.
Anita was a psychologist working with Dr. Pfeiffer at Growth Central specializing in children and teens. She was to be a main speaker at the NAMA conference in Tucson.

It was her wish that in lieu of flowers or gifts — that donations be made in her name to the American Cancer Society should you desire to do this.

If you would like to send Rich and his family a card — you may send it to:
Rich Pfeiffer, MDiv, Ph.D.
Growth Central
6545 N Via Divina
Tucson, AZ 85750

Our hearts are saddened as Rich and his family go through this loss, as the anger management field loses a pioneer, and personally, as I was looking forward to meeting Anita in October.

Our prayers are with the family.

God bless you all,

Lynette Hoy, NCC, LCPC, CAMS-IV
President, Midwest Chapter of NAMA
